We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Service Employee to strengthen our team. As a Technical Service Employee, you are responsible for maintaining and repairing our housing locations throughout the Netherlands.

About Cozy Lodging

Cozy Lodging manages housing locations throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Our locations provide housing for temporary workers and students. We strive for a cozy and safe environment where our guests feel at home.

What will you do?

• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on our housing locations
• Detect and solve malfunctions
• Maintain technical administration and report findings to your supervisor
• Supervise and coordinate external technical service providers

Who are we looking for?

• You have completed education in the field of technology, installation technology or electrical engineering
• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a technical employee
• You have a driver’s license B and are willing to travel throughout the Netherlands
