Wanted: caretaker/location manager NL/BE
We are looking for caretaker(s) for our new housing locations (in the Netherlands, and in Belgium ). In this position you ensure that (new) residents feel at home at the location, you help them with questions and you ensure that problems are solved. You work as an indispensable link between us and our residents.

Your qualities
As the main point of contact for our residents, you have good social skills. You will often be present at the accommodation location, where you will also have an office at your disposal for administrative work. In addition to your daily tasks, there can always be unforeseen circumstances, you are able to deal with them quickly and adequately. You remain calm at all times and act in a respectful manner in ad-hoc situations. That requires someone with facility skills, communication skills, a sense of responsibility and a service-oriented attitude!

In addition, you take
• experience in a comparable position;
• good command of the English/German language;
• a driving license B;
• flexibility;
• in everything you do, you strive for the satisfaction of our residents;
• basic computer skills;
• absolutely no 9 to 5 mentality;
• you know how to get things done!

Daily tasks
Your daily task is to ensure good management and representative appearance of our location and organization. A proactive attitude and initiative are expected here! So, no day has to be the same. Your duties will include:
• checking residents in and out;
• performing maintenance work;
• keeping the location tidy;
• help residents with questions and problems;
• administrative work;
• work hard, laugh a lot!
